Growing Vegetables in the Garden

It has been the easiest growing and harvesting experience after planting the seeds directly into the prepared soil later in April in 2017. Now in early June, we have enjoyed the young beetroot leaves in our salads a few times already. Kids enjoyed picking the leaves and pulling the weeds around it. Of course, they do not have any complains eating them too.

I believe one way of the easiest way to make kids eat fresh vegetable is doing this. Plant the seeds together and see the harvesting. We also enjoyed our strawberries already and our tomatoes are growing.

I know they are a bit too crowded for any fruit to grow underneath those beautiful greens. We will be replanting them in a different block soon so we can enjoy the beetroot later in the summer.
