Cold Yogurt Drink

It's HOT! over 30 degrees for the last 5 days! We lose appetite but need energy to move on.. Here is my kids favorite yogurt drink that he ask after coming back from school, which can make them cool down and is a great alternative from sugar-full icecream!

Ingredients

Yogurt drink with Blueberries (serves 4 / picture top right)
  • 2 cup of natural yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of ice cube
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar (or honey)

how to

  1. Blend everything in a blender.. that's it!
  2. Serve in a glass and drink with a thick straw.

tips

  • Seriously good! You can adjust the amount of sugar or honey according to your taste. My kids favorite is frozen blueberries and fresh strawberries. I like the one with bananas for some energy but my son is not a big fan of bananas so I don’t if he is around. I’ve tried with frozen mango before and that was very very nice too!
