Easy Banana Cake

Simplest Banana Cake recipe ever! 10 minutes preparation time. When you have too many riped bananas and don't know what to do? Why not try it and I'msure you'll love it.

Ingredients
2 to 3 Very Ripe Banana
70g Brown Sugar
60g Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs
150g Plain Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
*Optional ingredients: dried fruits (softened in milk or in brandy in advance), chopped chocolate
*Optional topping : Any nuts such as walnuts

how to
- Line baking tin with baking sheet (20cm loaf tin) and preheat oven to 180c.
- In a ball, add melted butter, sugar and blend until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add mashed banana and mix.
*Here you add any extra ingredients you want to add like softened dried fruits. - Add sifted flour and baking powder, and fold mix the dough just until the flour is all dissolved in.
- Pour the dough in the tin and drop from height once to settle the dough evenly.
*Decorate with nuts if you wish. - Bake the cake in lower shelf of oven for 40 minutes (180c).
- Cool it down and keep in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
tips
- The picture shown has everything in it and was great! except the dried/sliced coconut was too hard to be part of it.
- After being baked 15 mins in the oven, you can use a knife to make a straight line in the middle along the tin length for a good look.
