Simple Baked Cheese Cake

The most simple baked cheese cake recipe in the world and for kids and adults. The lemon flavor makes it taste so light and refreshing yet very satisfying.  
*This picture is with 28cm baking tin but the best result is with 23cm. 

Ingredients

200g of Cream Cheese 
200cc of Double Cream or/and Yogurt 
70g of Sugar 
2 tablespoon of Lemon juice
optional : 1/2 grated lemon skin
3 tablespoon of plain flour
2 eggs
*optional : Slices of lemon for decoration 

how to

  1. Preheat oven to 170c. 
  2. Line baking tin with baking sheet (23cm or smaller tin works the best). 
  3. Put all the ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth (or use hand mixer in a ball). 
  4. Bake the cake in lower shelf of oven for 45 minutes. 
  5. Cool it down and keep in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours. 

tips

  • I quite like cream & yogurt 50/50.
  • You can use less fat creamcheese.
  • The biscuit base can be added : 15 crushed Biscuits and 30g melted butter mixed and spread in the tin before adding the cheese cake mix before baking.
