Ingredients
200g of Cream Cheese
200cc of Double Cream or/and Yogurt
70g of Sugar
2 tablespoon of Lemon juice
optional : 1/2 grated lemon skin
3 tablespoon of plain flour
2 eggs
*optional : Slices of lemon for decoration
how to
- Preheat oven to 170c.
- Line baking tin with baking sheet (23cm or smaller tin works the best).
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth (or use hand mixer in a ball).
- Bake the cake in lower shelf of oven for 45 minutes.
- Cool it down and keep in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
tips
- I quite like cream & yogurt 50/50.
- You can use less fat creamcheese.
- The biscuit base can be added : 15 crushed Biscuits and 30g melted butter mixed and spread in the tin before adding the cheese cake mix before baking.
