Very quick and easy salad recipe. My kids eat it without complaining so it's a treat for me! If you can't find a tin of crab meat, you can use tuna instead.
Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 8 mins
Yield: For 4 people as small side dish

Ingredients
- About 10cm cucumber
- 1 small carrots
- 1 small tin of Crabmeat
- 2 tbs sweet corn
Seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbs Mayonaise (Japanese one if not any)
- 1 tbs roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt for preparing the vegetable
How To
- Cut daikon and carrots into short and thin slices (I use a vegitable slicer).
- Sprinkle salt and rubbing it into the vegetables. Leave it for about 5 mins and squeeze water out.
- Mix lemon juice well. Add rest of the ingredients and add sesame seeds at the end.
tips
*Tuna, prawns and other seafood could work very well instead of crabmeat.
