Crab meat salad with Cucumber and Radish
Great way to create one more dish on your dinner table. Using a well known Japanese dressing, which has vinegar with sweetness and saltiness, called Sanbai-zu 三杯酢 (vinegar x 3), you can add a kick to your plate (in a nice way of course).

Ingredients
Serves 4
Some crab meat
Cucumber (about 3 cm of whole cucumber thinly sliced)
Red Radish (about 3 thinly sliced)
For Dressing
1 teaspoon of vinegar (Preferably Japanese rice vinegar)
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
*You can adjust the amount according to your taste.
how to
Basically, it is as easy as chop and mix so there is nothing complicated.
- Slice cucumber and radish thinly. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mix.
- Set aside while making your dressing by mixing all the sauce ingredients.
- Squeeze any excess water from the vegetable and mix the dressing.
tips
- Use half teaspoon of sugar if you cannot find mirin, the Japanese sweet rice wine.
- This is for a small portion for an extra side dish.
