Pork Trotters “soup”
It was my first feet experience in the kitchen! I always wanted to try it but next had the guts to do it. Here I am, I did it and it was an interesting journey to make it how I wanted them to be. Kids loved it as expected and with all the Chinese herbs and Japanese ingredients that I added in, I think I can call it a success.
